Any newly posted members to the FNQ region can you please get in contact with the FNQ Representative so he can add you to his mailing list.
If you are a new member and reside in the North and you have not been in contact with the Rep please do also.
This will ensure you get up to date information on the happenings in the North.
COMWEB Issues
I've received a number of emails indicating that the membership form is unaccessible. This is due to the authentication software that is used to determine your log on details. At this stage there is no fix for this. If you can not open the page, you will not be able to join on line. Instead, I have created a new page with a email link to the membership secretary. The email will include all the detials required for membership registration.

Log Books
AWWA logbooks are now available to financial members of AWWA at no cost.
There are many reasons to record your paddling experiences in a logbook.
– Your logbook can be used as evidence to gain or upgrade your paddling qualifications.
– Your logbook can be used to record important information about a trip that may assist you to plan subsequent trips or to repeat the trip.
– By recording your experience in your logbook, you are encouraged to reflect on your experience and learn from it.
Exercise Open Ocean
Exercise Open Ocean has now finished. Lead by the ever capable Jeff.M, the trip was from all accounts a great success. Stay tuned for reports from this exciting expedition.
