This order of dress may be worn when in the barracks and in public.

Notes
(a) Hat KFF is worn with puggaree (including approved unit colour patch), chin strap and hat badges. The
brim is to be turned down (with the exception of recruits, as required, at training establishments).
(b) Sleeves are to be worn down and buttoned.
(c) The shirt is normally worn outside the trousers. If the shirt is required to be tucked in, a pistol belt is to be
worn (with the exception of recruits at training establishments who may, as required by the unit
commander, wear black belts). Black belts may be ordered for training.
(d) Trousers are bloused over boots.
(e) Skivvy or a T-shirt DPCU must be worn if the DPCU shirt is removed.
(f) Thumb holes are not used in barracks. Side pocket zips must be fully done up. Centre zip must be done up to a line level to the top of the epaulette (not the rank slide)
(g) If visible the skivvy must be fully zipped up and the neck rolled down. If worn unzipped the collar is folded back and worn beneath the DPCU or protective shirt collar.
