This order of dress is the ceremonial dress for all ranks, including the reviewing officer, the host
officer and other officers being received on parade. Worn on ceremonial parades including mounted
parades other than AFV parades when Dress Order 1, Service Dress has not been issued and climate
dictates..

Notes
(a) Not worn when overseas or when on ceremonial parade with other corps or Service contingent(s).
(b) Ribbons only are worn when on regimental duties.
(c) WO2, SSGT, SGT of the RA Inf and authorised members of the Corps of Staff Cadets and Officer Cadets.
(d) Worn by members of the RAAC when carrying Lances.
(e) Worn by officers and WO1 when ordered.
(f) When worn, white sling is to be used if carrying weapons.
